Thelma and Louise
Because a girls weekend should include an exciting challenge, we present Thelma and Louise Half Marathon & Relay. Bring your best girl friends to Moab, and experience the towering red rock walls along the Colorado River at this women's only event. We'll have the original convertible used in the movie there to lead the race, and you'll see familiar movie characters around too! If you choose to do the relay, you and your relay partner will take a boat shuttle up or down the river. Be sure to watch the movie before you arrive, since the raffle prizes require a correct answer to our Thelma and Louise movie trivia questions!

Drop 13
The Drop13 Half Marathon is considered by many the fastest Half Marathon in Utah. We hate making assumptive statements like many other races. The one thing we can speak to with this race is factual information. The Drop13 Half Marathon is 100% downhill at Big Cottonwood Canyon during ideal conditions for running. The temps start at 50 degrees and reach the mid to low 70's. The race has over 3000 feet ot decline. The race is incredible with views of rivers, pine trees, and more. Unlike steeper courses this race has a gradual 3000 feet allowing runners to go fast and not be required to use their brakes as they descend. Lastly the Drop13 Half Marathon gives out Personal Record medals in addition to finish medals, Drop13 LBS medals and age group medals. In 2015 the Drop13 Half Marathon gave away over 50% Personal Record Medals and in 2016 45% Personal Record Medals to those that competed in this race. We would like to hold those stats to any race for Personal Records!

This race is a USATF Sanctioned event.

Logan Peak Trail Run
The Logan Peak Trail Run traverses the mountainous area around Logan Peak through Logan Dry Canyon and Providence Canyon (the main drainage's just south of Logan Canyon). During this challenging event, runners travel a bit over 26 miles on a predominantly loop course with over 6600 ft elevation gain. Amazing views, lots of climbing, and varied terrain/habitat are just a few reasons to run this course. The elevation gain/loss makes this event roughly comparable to many 50 K races. The race is a spectacular opportunity to experience the outstanding trails around Cache Valley, and Logan is a great place to hang out and have fun.

Runners also have an option to complete only the Syncline Loop (avoiding the 1070 foot climb to and descent from Logan Peak), for which they will receive an official time but not an overall place.
